Efficient cleaning equipment specially designed for auto parts (engine block/cylinder head, bearing/gear, brake caliper, injection mold), integrating three core modules: dual-frequency ultrasonic demulsification, intelligent temperature control lipolysis, and three-stage filtration and chip cleaning, it achieves 99.7% oil removal rate and 0.1mm blind hole without residue for cutting fluid (mineral oil/synthetic ester), abrasive paste, metal chips (≤50μm) and other pollutants. The equipment adopts a single-tank independent design (volume 50-500L optional), suitable for small and medium-sized batch production and laboratory scenarios, and the surface tension of the workpiece after cleaning is ≥ 72mN/m, which meets the high-precision cleaning needs of auto parts before electroplating, spraying and assembly.
