1. Dual-frequency ultrasound + manual oscillation for blind spot - free pollutant stripping
  Dual-frequency switching between 28kHz and 40kHz:
- Low-frequency mode (28kHz): With a high-power output of 50W, it generates cavitation bubbles of 50 - 100μm. It can break down the oil stains on mechanical parts (such as bearing grease and cutting fluid residues) within 3 minutes, achieving a removal rate of 98.5%.
- High-frequency mode (40kHz): With a 30W fine cleaning power, it generates micro-bubbles of 20 - 50μm. It is suitable for electronic components (such as PCB pads and smartphone glass covers), enabling the non-destructive stripping of 0.1μm-level dust (welding slag, aluminum oxide particles), with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.3μm.
  Manual oscillation device: An adjustable swinging cleaning basket (amplitude 10 - 30mm, controlled by a manual knob). For blind areas such as blind holes with a depth ≥ 15mm and threaded gaps, it enhances the transmission of ultrasonic energy through physical vibration. The measured cleanliness rate of blind corners is increased by 40% (compared with only 65% for traditional fixed cleaning baskets).
1. Dust-proof extraction hood design to safeguard the clean operating environment
  Fully enclosed transparent hood: Made of 5mm-thick acrylic material (light transmittance ≥ 92%), equipped with a magnetic opening and closing door (sealing rubber strip with a temperature resistance of -20°C to 80°C). It effectively isolates the water mist and volatile gases of cleaning agents generated during the cleaning process. The particulate matter concentration in the operation area ≤ 500 particles/m³ (three times better than ordinary open equipment).
  Quiet extraction system: It is equipped with a 50CFM quiet fan (noise ≤ 65dB) and an activated carbon filter layer (adsorption efficiency ≥ 90%). It can extract the aerosols generated by ultrasonic cavitation in real time. It is suitable for cleaning scenarios with solvents such as alcohol and gold washing liquid, and meets the CE European Union safety certification.
