Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, 40KHz/80KHz Optional, Semiconductor (Valve Body EP Electrolytic Cleaning Line)
Industrial-grade corrosion resistance and durability, designed to withstand harsh chemical environments
- Dual protection of materials and structure
Configuration of core components:
- Power module: Imported Japanese IGBT power devices, with anti-harmonic interference capabilities meeting industrial Grade 3 standards and a service life of over 15,000 hours.
- Tank materials: The EP tank is made of 316L stainless steel lined with Teflon (temperature resistance up to 120°C). The electrolytic tank and passivation tank adopt a fully welded PP structure (weld strength ≥30MPa), resistant to acids and alkalis within a pH range of 1-14.
- Pipeline system: High-pressure resistant hoses made of PVDF material (burst pressure ≥10bar) with quick-connect fitting design, enabling rapid flow cutoff and pipe replacement during maintenance.
- Safe and environmentally friendly design
Triple anti-leakage system:
- Double-layer containment dikes around the tanks (height 100mm) + bottom conductivity sensors. When leakage is detected, the power supply of the liquid supply pump is cut off within 3 seconds.
- Acid and alkali storage cabinets are equipped with activated carbon adsorption devices (adsorption efficiency ≥95%) and externally connected duct fans (air volume 500m³/h), ensuring that the concentration of harmful gases in the operation area is below the Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL).
- The equipment's grounding resistance ≤4Ω, and a surge protector (rated current capacity 40kA) is installed at the power input, complying with the GB/T 17626.5 electromagnetic compatibility standard.
- Low-consumption and energy-saving design
- Intelligent temperature control technology: The heating tubes are made of 316L stainless steel sheathed type (surface load ≤2W/cm²), adjusted automatically by a PID algorithm, saving 30% more electricity compared to traditional resistance heating.
- Water resource recycling: Wastewater from the cleaning tank is treated by ion-exchange resins (recycling rate 60%) and can be reused for rough washing. The water consumption per shift (8 hours) ≤5m³, 40% less than similar equipment.
